Slowing down.

Looking inward.

Sometimes we try to put on the brakes and find a peaceful moment and are surprised to find that introspection can cause turbulence. And when it becomes unbearable, we return to what we know — the same patterns and cycles that keep us stuck.

For many of us, breaking free from those cycles isn't something we can do alone. It requires the steady, supportive presence of a trusted other; someone to stay with you in the discomfort while you keep digging deeper.
